1. Cancellation
We guarantee to give clients the pre-approval letter within 24-48 hours or less ( Weekday, Mon to Fri on Business hours by Immigration department), so applications will be processed as soon as completed. If for any reason you wish to cancel a service before your passport and other supporting documents were received by www.vietnamonlinevisa.com you can do so without any penalties or charges using Cancel/Delete function by email to support@vietnamonlinevisa.com You will receive a full refund of any fees paid for this particular service and for return shipping (if prepaid). However, no refund will be given after your visa application under processing or in case we have sent to you via email or you have received the approved letter for your visa requested from Vietnam Immigration Department.
2. Refund Policy
In case of denied applications without changes or changes are made in appropriate time, refund will be as:
- Denied applications will be refund 100%. No service fee will be charges
- With errors made by client and request to arrange a new correct one, we will charge for full amount to get new visa approved letter with Immigration Department of Vietnam.
- With our company's errors, we will arrange the new one correctly.
- For clients unable to use the approved letter for Vietnam visa because of objective reasons such as accident, disease, natural disasters, etc.,we will considering to get free approved letter in the future with Immigration Department of Vietnam (if they are agreement).
* Electronic visa is non refunable after we submitted onto Immigration system.
Quick Noted*: e-Visa Vietnam (new visa service system provided by Vietnamese Government for 46 eligible countries in list at this moment). The cancellation are not available any reason and the fee will be not refund in case, So the applicant must considering about e-Visa or Visa On Arrival Vietnam before submitting the application form.
Vietnamonlinevisa.com cannot process refunds for Credit Card payments over 3- 6 months old. Credit cannot be applied to applications submitted through other agencies or applications submitted to Consulates directly.
We reserve the right to modify these refund policy without prior notice.
Please noted that: For the case of Rush visa, Urgent visa, Emergency visa application, The cancellation are not allow to make any cancallation after review for payment and the visa application fee and other additional charges, courier fee incurred will not be refunded.
